A STARTUP. A NEW FLIGHT PATH.

Freight, beyond
the highway.

We’re developing autonomous cargo aircraft for the shipments that can’t wait. Built around a removable cargo container. Designed for shorter runways.

01 / THE MISSION

When the cargo is critical,
the route should be direct.

Airmule Inc. is an early-stage aviation startup developing a purpose-built, uncrewed freight platform.

Our focus is the space between conventional road freight and time-critical air cargo: valuable, palletized shipments where a delay can matter more than the price of transport.

Starting with a Southern California operating concept, we aim to connect regional aviation facilities with inland logistics hubs.

Meet our aircraft concept
01

Keep industry moving.

Critical manufacturing spares and aerospace components for operations that cannot afford a lengthy interruption.

02

Move valuable cargo with purpose.

Electronics, semiconductors and other high-value freight suited to a direct, controlled transport model.

03

Make time-sensitive deliveries count.

Medical supplies and urgent shipments where the delivery window shapes the mission.

Intended use cases. Commercial services are not yet available.

02 / THE AIRCRAFT

Meet the
Apex-1000.

A utility aircraft philosophy,
reimagined for uncrewed freight.

THE DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Slide in.
Slide out.
Keep moving.

A cargo body built around a closely fitted, removable container. The module follows the bay’s internal profile to make fuller use of the available space. Slide it into position and secure it for the mission.

01 A container that slides in and out

A removable cargo container is intended to follow the cargo bay’s internal profile, using the available volume while preserving clearance for guides and locking points. The module slides in and out on a roller-guided floor for straightforward cargo transfer.

02 Short-field utility

A high-lift wing concept, fixed landing gear and oversized tires are intended to support short-runway and rough-field capability. Landing surfaces and performance envelopes require validation.

03 Autonomy as a complete system

The development concept combines autonomous flight planning, remote supervision, emergency landing-site evaluation and a proposed airframe parachute. These systems require engineering and flight validation.

04 Built with maintainability in mind

The plan favors an aluminum airframe with composite panels and straightforward geometry, with the aim of simplifying production and field maintenance.

03 / THE DEVELOPMENT PATH

Build evidence.
Then build scale.

A milestone-led approach to a demanding aviation challenge.

PHASE 01CURRENT FOCUS

Define & engineer

Refine requirements, validate the aircraft architecture, develop the engineering model and establish the prototype program.

Focus: a credible, testable design
PHASE 02PLANNED

Prototype & validate

Build toward ground and flight testing, cargo integration, short-field performance and autonomous emergency procedures.

Focus: measured performance
PHASE 03LONGER-TERM

Prove the operation

Pursue appropriate approvals, evaluate controlled cargo corridors and establish the operating model with logistics partners.

Focus: a path to commercial service

Development and commercialization depend on funding, technical progress, testing and applicable aviation approvals. No flight-test completion, operating authorization or launch date is claimed.

Before we talk.

What stage is Airmule at?

We are an early-stage startup working from a business plan and aircraft concept. The current focus is funding and engineering development toward prototype validation.

Are the aircraft specifications proven?

No. The payload, range, speed and runway figures on this site are proposed design targets. They remain subject to detailed engineering, testing and applicable regulatory approvals.

What kinds of investors are you looking for?

We welcome conversations with investors interested in early-stage aerospace, autonomy and logistics, as well as strategic partners with relevant technical or operating expertise.

Can I book a cargo flight?

Commercial flights are not currently available. We welcome discussions with prospective logistics partners to help evaluate cargo requirements and operating scenarios.

How do I discuss the investment opportunity?

Email Yifeng Yang with a brief introduction, your organization and your interest in Airmule. Funding requirements, structure and any investment terms would be discussed directly.

THE NEXT CHAPTER STARTS WITH A CONVERSATION.
